Basically a kayak can be described as a small boat that requires the individual to operate it manually.
There are different categories for modern day kayaks, for example, you have fishing kayaks, surf kayaks, racing kayaks, white water kayaks, and finally sea kayaks.
In the last few years fishing kayaks have increased in popularity. These fishing kayaks are more common in warmer climates.
